Submission format: All submission must conform to the formatting instructions of attached template. Each submission must be in English completely, in PDF format, and the following information should be included in the first page:
请作者参照会议论文的格式来准备投稿论文，要求所投论文必须是全英文的PDF格式，并且第一页需包含以下内容：
The title 论文标题
The names and affiliations of all authors 所有作者的名字以及单位
Every author's email 所有作者的联系邮箱
A brief, one paragraph abstract of the paper 文章摘要.
A regular submission must be no less than 4 pages and not exceed 10 pages (including the title, authors, abstract, figures, and references). The paper is limited within 6 pages, and additional page is available but will be charged (60 USD/430 RMB per page).
提交的论文需最少4页，最多不超过10页（包括文章标题, 摘要, 参考文献等）。论文超过6页将收取每页430人民币（60美金）的超页费。
The author list is considered to be final after the submission deadline and no changes are allowed for accepted papers.
请注意：论文投稿后，将不能更改作者顺序。
The submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism, including self-plagiarism firstly. Any plagiarism will be intolerant and will be rejected directly.
By submitting a manuscript to ICRAE, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, workshop, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period.
